Pechersk for me first of all means “home”. My favorite ever district, the least populated one and the most quiet. Sometimes I come to Lavra at night just for a peaceful walk around. I want to show you the beauty of Pechersk – the district on the caves.
Let’s get the best views of Kyiv from a district that bursts with historical and cultural sides.
We will start from visiting Arsenalna – the deepest metro station in the world. And then we will have a plesant walk to the spots with the best panorama views, along with visiting Mother of Motherland Monument with Museum of World War II or Holodomor Museum of Kyiv. You’ll have a guided tour around one of the greatest sanctuaries of Eastern Europe – Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and get an opportunity to witness the miniatures masterpieces of well know Ukrainian engineer Mykola Siadrystyy.
